As the title says, Anger is not so necessary in our life, but holds a great space in our life. And this anger is responsible for the most of our difficulties and worries. We all know that but still we hold anger. Anger is not our nature but its a negative emotion of ours, which takes us to the great fall. Well, Dr. Wane Dyer says, These are all our thoughts which takes us to the door of disease. So I suggest keep distance with the Anger and be healthy. Am sure for a question that came to your mind at the same time I suggested to keep distance from Anger, "Its very simple to say keep distance with Anger but how to??? " Please follow this if you want to keep the distance,
1) Take 3 long breaths,
2) Say to yourself,"Anger is not my nature",
3) Let every thing go off,
4) Say,"SORRY" either the fault is yours or not
